In 1996, Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, one of the country’s premier academic institutions. Building on this solid foundation, he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2004. His commitment to lifelong learning led him to pursue a Master of Education from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education in 2005, where he deepened his expertise in leadership and educational management.
In 2017, he completed the Top Management Program for Presidents and Chancellors of Higher Education Institutions at the Asian Institute of Management, further broadening his leadership capabilities, particularly within the higher education sector. Anthony’s academic journey continued with a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development, which he earned in 2021 from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute Graduate School of Organization Development.
