Director Eleanor B. Rivera is a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy, both from the University of the Philippines–Diliman.

She has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, having held various positions from 1994 to 2018, including her last role as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, providing her with broad experience in banking operations, compliance, risk management, and regulatory governance.

She likewise served with the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corporation from 2002 to 2018 in various leadership capacities, culminating as Managing Director, where she gained significant experience in capital markets operations and financial market governance.

She served at the Senate Electoral Tribunal from 1989 to 1993. Since 2023, she has been a professional lecturer at the UP Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business, contributing to academic development in the fields of business and finance.

She is the Chairperson of the Risk Oversight Committee, and a Member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, the Related Party Transactions Committee, and the Corporate Governance Committee.
