qualifications

Eligibility Criteria – Company Accreditation:

  • Private Businesses and Cooperatives duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).
  • Operational and profitable in the last 3 years.
  • Maintains good credit standing and a positive track record with financial institutions.

Pre- Accreditation Requirements:

  • Company/History Profile
  • Latest General Information Sheet 
  • SEC Registration and Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
  • Latest Audited Financial Statements for the past three 3years
  • Corporate Income Tax Return for the past three years

Post-Accreditation Requirements:

  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) duly signed by the company’s authorized signatories.
  • Secretary’s Certificate or equivalent board resolution authorizing the execution of the MOA and designation of authorized signatories.
  • Photocopies of two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the company’s authorized signatories, each with three (3) specimen signatures.

NOTE: Other requirements may be needed depending on the results of the credit evaluation.
